By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

You agree not to:

7. MOBILE APPLICATION USE

If you access the Site via a mobile application, your use is subject to these Terms and any app store rules (Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the application.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations.

10. AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal term.

11. CHARGEBACKS

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without contacting us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal recovery.

12. DISCLAIMER

The Site is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We disclaim all warranties including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the Site at your own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Submit All Offers be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Submit All Offers and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Michigan law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Macomb County, Michigan under AAA rules, with exceptions for intellectual property claims and injunctive relief.

16. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may not create a new account after termination.

17. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Submit All Offers regarding the Site.
